The EECO Farm farmstand is better than ever! This year, John and Laura Smith have taken over the operations. The first sign of dramatic improvement is the elegant building they've erected to display the organic produce. A good part of the produce will come from the farm, including the few acres that the Smiths have tilled behind the new stand.
