EECO WORKING COMMITTEES
As an all-volunteer organization, EECO Farm depends upon the generosity and commitment of community members to lend a hand in managing farm activities. Please consider donating your time and talent to one of the working committees listed below.
Communications
The Communications Committee manages farm newsletters, public relations and branding as well as website content and communications
Community Gardens
Community Gardens is EECO's most active committee. It is charged with recruiting new gardeners and attending to needs of existing gardeners who've rented an EECO garden patch. This committee also maintains the gardens area as well as plans the monthly Full Moon Parties.
Fundraising Committee
The Fundraising Committee manages fundraising efforts as well as orchestrates fundraising events and galas.
Stewardship Committee
The Stewardship Committee manages land and soil issues around the farm as well as oversees the Enterprise Farmer and Community Service Workers Programs.
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee manages farm budgets and cash flow as well as financial filings and reports to the Board of Directors.
Education Committee
The Education Committee is charged with creating and managing farm education programs and opportunities, including the Outdoor Classroom, Summer Seminars, and the Farm Trail. The committee also makes and manages liaisons with affiliate groups and coordinates with the Fundraising Committee to generate and renew grants for funding educational programs.
