EECO Farm is happy to welcome three new members to the Board of Directors

We will let them introduce themselves.

Almond Zigmund:
I was born in California, raised in Brooklyn, and now live in East Hampton, NY with my husband, the executive chef and co-owner of Almond Restaurant.  I have been creating site-specific installations and discreet sculpture for 20 years, dealing with issues of space and our relationship to it.   My work has been shown at the Parrish Art Museum, Las Vegas Art Museum & New Museum in New York City.  I have a garden at EECO and am the very amused mother of one 18-month-old girl.

Rob Calvert:
I live in Sag Harbor and am married to Mary Woltz of Bees' Needs.  I work as an artist and previously practiced architecture in Washington, DC.  My board experiences  include a school, city development and historic preservation.

Susan Griffin:
I have lived on the East End for over 40 years and am a psychotherapist.  My husband and I have had a plot at EECO since it started.  He grows veggies and I grow flowers.  I have a deep interest in growing healthy produce, a belief that it will make a difference, one tomato plant at a time, and a willingness to be of whatever help I can be to promoting EECO farm.
